Marcus is a strategic investment executive and portfolio builder with over 15 years of leadership experience in private equity, growth equity, and investment management across Europe. He has a proven track record in scaling investment platforms, fundraising from institutional investors and family offices, and delivering strong returns through portfolio growth and value creation. He has led major investments, acquisitions, and exits, and has built scalable governance and fund structures to drive AUM growth. Marcus started his career at Bain & Co in the PE team, worked for H2 Equity Partners, Rabo PE and the last years for Stecc Capital. He is fluent in Dutch, English, and German, he combines entrepreneurial drive with deep expertise in capital structuring, international expansion, and strategic partnerships
